The story of Physis – The birth and the name

Physis is a Greek word that means ‘to grow’ or ‘to become’. It is the principle that is reflected in the constant evolution in nature. That is exactly the inner transformation Sailaja Manacha inspires as a coach — in individuals, teams, organisations, and in the community.

Physis’ work connects to all that expands human potential and helps us thrive. Our social projects connected with supporting young women or underprivileged girls stem from this very conviction.

The Mind & Soul Behind Physis – Sailaja Manacha

As an inner transformation coach, Bangalore-based Sailaja Manacha is known for her eclectic methods, drawing from Psychology, Ontology, NLP and Spiritual frameworks. This makes her programmes rich, holistic and deeply engaging. She uses her passion, practical wisdom and kindness to guide her programme participants into their inner lives and expand their boundaries.

Sailaja Manacha has spent 24 years in transformational work as a psychotherapist, teacher and leadership coach. Prior to this, Sailaja was the Head of HR at a Bangalore-based software company. She is an avid reader and traveller with a deep interest in spirituality.
